Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026These terms explain the rules for using Enabling Resilience. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Enabling Resilience you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You can register as a member or family, a vendor or trade provider, or a driver, and you must give accurate information for the account type you choose.
3. What we provide
Enabling Resilience helps families plan and book relocations, and connects them with trusted trade providers and drivers.
- Instant relocation quotes and booking management.
- A directory of verified tradespeople and relocation drivers.
- Tools for providers and drivers to manage their profile and the work they take on.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
You must verify your email address with the code we send you before you can use your account.
5. Identity documents and verification
Vendors and drivers may be asked to upload identity and licence documents. These must be genuine, valid and your own. We may approve, reject or suspend an account where documents cannot be verified.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- give false or misleading information;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others;
- attempt to access other people's accounts or interfere with how the service works;
- upload files that contain malware or that you do not have the right to share.
7. Quotes, bookings and payments
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if the details of your move change. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. Payment terms for each booking are shown before you confirm it.
8. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to provide the service, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free. Providers and drivers are independent of Enabling Resilience, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for their work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make an important change we will tell you, and continuing to use the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact us
If you have questions about these terms, please get in touch using the contact details on our website.
